Build your own Wordle

Wordle project guidelines

For maximum credit your project should:

1.       Be a minimum of 11 x 14 inches @ 150 dpi with your image touching two opposite sides of the image.

2.       Have words in a variety of text sizes and fonts. (5 of each for “A” work)

3.       Should take on a shape associated with your topic of interest, i.e. maybe a hamburger for food.

4.       Words can be in different colors and directions (vertical, horizontal, diagonal or along a curve) to maximize the effect of your chosen shape. (Again, “A” work will have more colors that are effectively adding to the topic, i.e. the hamburger bun would probably not be depicted as green or blue)

5.       You may use the text along a path technique, if it adds to your composition. (Remember to use only a few words at a time and if you are having trouble with the path and text, check to make sure your image is at the above resolution).

6.      Submit in a PNG or JPG format
7.       Point value for this project will be 50 points.
